In October, Bain Capital Double Impact was honored by the Posse Foundation at the Boston Power of 10 Event.

Posse was started when one student said: "I never would have dropped out of college if I'd had my Posse with me." For 29 years, the Posse Foundation has identified and trained young people with extraordinary potential who might be missed by elite schools. Posse places Scholars in supportive, multicultural groups of 10 students – Posses. Posse Scholars graduate at a rate of 90 percent. As alumni, they are well prepared and positioned for success.
