2016 marks 20 years since Bain Capital Children’s Charity (BCCC) was founded. BCCC was founded to provide financial support to charitable organizations that benefit children and young people in a unique and valuable way. Every Bain Capital employee gets the opportunity to nominate US and international charities for donation, and each year, donations are given to about 110 charities.
